This menu is fairly elaborate, which partly explains the prices.  Also, the resort is not
next door to any supermarkets, so there is some extra cost for bringing and storing
all of the food.  When we contemplated the logistics of feeding 50+ people, the
catered meals do not sound quite so outrageous in price.
